Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (we're closed Sundays).

Once your order is placed, we authenticate final details, carefully package your bag, and prepare it for shipment. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Processing times may occasionally extend during high-volume periods or holidays. We'll notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery, fully tracked).

You'll receive tracking information via email once your package ships. Delivery times are estimated based on USPS service standards and your location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Transit delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control may occur.

Signature Confirmation (Required)

All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Your bag is an investment. Signature confirmation protects both you and us by ensuring your package reaches you safely.

If you're unavailable to sign:

  • USPS will leave a notice with pickup instructions

  • You can arrange redelivery or pickup at your local post office

  • Check your tracking number for updates

Insurance

All shipments include insurance up to the full purchase value of your bag. This coverage protects your order during transit.

What We Ship In

Your bag arrives carefully packaged:

  • Dust bag: Original dust bag (if included with purchase) OR OneandDunn-branded dust bag

  • Protective packaging: Bubble wrap, tissue paper, secure padding

  • Shipping box: Plain, discreet shipping box (no external branding for security)

  • Care documentation: Authentication details and care guide included

Shipping Coverage

We ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or ship to US territories, PO boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to reship.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays caused by USPS

  • Packages misdelivered due to carrier error

  • Damage that occurs during transit

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at oneanddunn1@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information

  2. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS

  3. You must file the claim with the carrier (we will provide guidance and documentation)

  4. Any refund or replacement is contingent on USPS resolving the claim in your favor

  5. You must cooperate throughout the claim process and provide any requested documentation

We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the carrier resolves the claim.

While we handle shipping claims on our end, the final decision rests with USPS. We will support you through the process, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Delivery Issues

Missing package but tracking shows "delivered"?

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

  • Verify the delivery address on your tracking information

  • Contact USPS directly to open an investigation

  • Reach out to us at oneanddunn1@gmail.com - we'll help where we can

Package damaged upon arrival?

  • Document the damage with photos immediately (box + contents)

  • Do NOT discard packaging materials

  • Contact us at oneanddunn1@gmail.com within 24 hours

  • We'll assist you in filing a damage claim with USPS

Order Cancellations & Changes

Before shipment: Contact us immediately at oneanddunn1@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate cancellations or address changes, but we cannot guarantee we can stop the order once processing begins.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. See our Returns Policy if you need to return your bag after receipt.
