No. Submitting a request is completely free. You only pay if we find your bag and you decide to purchase it.
We search actively for 30 days after receiving your request. If we find a match we will reach out within 5-7 business days of finding something. If we cannot find it within 30 days we will let you know.
Not at all. We present you with what we found and you decide. No pressure. No obligation. If it is not right we keep looking.
We will be honest with you. If your budget does not align with current market value for your request we will tell you upfront and suggest alternatives in your range.
Yes. If you missed a bag from a previous drop submit a request with as much detail as possible and we will try to source a similar or identical piece.
