If you believe your bag is not authentic you have one year from purchase to submit a claim.

Provide an independent authentication assessment from Entrupy, Authenticate First, or Real Authentication.

Submit assessment report, clear photos, and original purchase confirmation.

We Review and Respond

We review evidence, inspect the returned bag, and verify it is the same bag we sold you.

If Confirmed Inauthentic

You will receive a full refund or store credit at your preference. We stand behind every bag we sell.

If Bag Is Authentic

The bag will be returned to you. No refund will be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Our bags are one of a kind and we begin processing immediately.

Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival?

If you received the wrong item or your bag arrived damaged contact us within 24 hours at hello@shoponeanddunn.com. Include photos and your order number. We will make it right.

  • Damage occurred during return shipping
