All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Authenticity concerns, wrong items, and delivery damage are reviewed below.

Lifetime authenticity guarantee

Every bag is covered for life. To submit a claim:

  1. Email us an assessment from Entrupy, CheckCheck, or Real Authentication, clear photos, and your purchase confirmation.
  2. We review the evidence and inspect the returned bag to confirm it is the piece we sold.
  3. If confirmed inauthentic, choose a full refund or store credit. If authentic, no refund is issued and you cover return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. For an exceptional request, email us immediately. We review cases individually, including repeat customers with a strong purchase history, legitimate order-detail errors, and orders not yet in processing. An exception is not guaranteed.

Wrong item or delivery damage

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Keep the packaging.

This does not cover a change of mind, wear already described in the listing, or damage during return shipping.
