What brands do you accept?

We accept authenticated pieces from luxury designers including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, Balenciaga, Chanel, Prada, Hermès, Dior, Celine, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, and more. If you're unsure whether your bag qualifies submit it and we'll let you know.

What condition do you accept?

We accept bags in Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Loved condition. Each bag is evaluated individually based on its brand, style, and current market demand.

How long does the process take?

From submission to payout, the typical timeline is 2-3 weeks. This includes our review period, shipping time, authentication, and payment processing.

What if my bag doesn't pass authentication?

If we determine your bag is not authentic or doesn't meet our standards, we will contact you immediately. You can choose to have it returned to you at the sellers cost.

How do I get paid?

We offer payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check. You can select your preferred method when you accept your offer.
