HOW IT WORKS

Every first Friday of the month at 12pm EST we release 10-15 authenticated designer bags. First come first served. Bags sell out fast — often within 1-2 hours. Once they are gone they are gone. We do not restock.

Join the waitlist. You will get early access to shop 15 minutes before the public at 11:45am EST, drop reminders and bag reveals, and care tips and authentication guides. Link in bio or on our homepage.

No. All bags are available first come first served on drop day. No holds, no reservations.

Save the post, set your alarm for drop day, and be ready to buy when the shop opens. We reveal bags in advance so you can decide what you want before drop day. But you still have to purchase during the drop window.

AUTHENTICATION

Every bag goes through our multi-point authentication process — serial number verification using brand databases and reference materials, hardware inspection covering weight stamping finish and screws, stitching analysis covering stitch count tension and pattern, and material verification covering leather grain canvas texture and smell test. When needed we use third-party authentication services for additional verification.

We do not offer authentication services for bags we did not sell. Our authentication is only for inventory we curate and sell.

We offer a 1-year authenticity guarantee. If you believe your bag is inauthentic you can file a claim with independent third-party authentication. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.

PRICING & PAYMENT

We research current market value using recent sold listings on major platforms like Fashionphile, The RealReal, and eBay, auction results, retail pricing trends, and bag rarity condition and demand. We price fairly based on what the bag is actually worth — not inflated, not undervalued.

No. All bags are priced based on market research. Our drops sell out quickly at listed prices.

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Not at this time. We ship to the continental United States only.

Yes. Free shipping on all orders.

Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery for security. If you are unavailable USPS will leave a notice and you can pick up at your local post office or schedule redelivery.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a bag contact us before the drop.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. All bags are insured during shipping.

BAG CARE

Store in a dust bag in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Stuff with tissue paper to maintain shape. Clean with a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning use products designed for luxury leather. Avoid water and harsh chemicals.

We do not offer repair services but we can recommend trusted leather specialists and brand-authorized repair centers.

SELLING

Yes. We are always looking for authenticated designer bags in excellent condition. Email us photos and details of your bag and we will get back to you within 48 hours with an offer.

We focus on Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, Gucci, and other luxury designer brands. Bags must be authentic and in good to excellent condition.

ORDERS

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through USPS using that number.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All sales are final.
