PROCESSING TIME
Orders processed Monday through Saturday. We authenticate final details, carefully package your bag, and prepare it for shipment. You will receive tracking via email once shipped.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. Your bag is an investment. Signature confirmation protects both you and us.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ORDER

STEP 01

ORDER CONFIRMED

You receive an order confirmation email immediately. We authenticate final details and begin preparing your bag.

STEP 02

CAREFULLY PACKAGED

Your bag is wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper and placed in a plain discreet shipping box with no external branding for security. Original dust bag included if applicable or ONE & DUNN branded dust bag provided. Authentication details and care guide included.

STEP 03

SHIPPED WITH TRACKING

Your order ships within 1-2 business days. You receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. All shipments are insured up to the full purchase value.

STEP 04

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

USPS delivers your package and requires a signature. If you are unavailable USPS will leave a notice with pickup instructions. Check your tracking number for updates.

All shipments include insurance up to the full purchase value of your bag. This coverage protects your order during transit.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or ship to US territories, PO boxes, or military addresses.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided you will be responsible for the cost to reship.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED?

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delivery delays, or damage that occurs during transit. Contact us immediately at hello@shoponeanddunn.com with your order number and tracking information and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Any refund or replacement is contingent on USPS resolving the claim in your favor.

MISSING PACKAGE

Tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it? Check with neighbors and building management. Verify the delivery address on your tracking. Contact USPS directly to open an investigation. Email us at hello@shoponeanddunn.com and we will help where we can.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

Document the damage with photos immediately including box and contents. Do not discard packaging materials. Contact us at hello@shoponeanddunn.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
